Recruitment Consultant – Education Sector

Location: Aztec West, Bristol (Office-based)

Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at Talentia Group in Bristol. If you’ve already got a solid grounding in recruitment and are ready to develop your skills further in a high-performing, supportive environment, we’d love to speak with you.

This is a great opportunity to take on a warm desk within the education sector, working with purpose-led organisations on both temporary and permanent vacancies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a 360 recruitment desk with full autonomy
• Developing and nurturing client relationships
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates across a range of education roles
• Managing interviews, offers, and ongoing aftercare
• Working toward clear, achievable targets with support from senior consultants and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Recruitment experience (agency or in-house) — ideally 6+ months
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a drive to succeed in a competitive market
• Organised, proactive, and committed to high standards
• Interest in working with education providers is a bonus, but not essential
