Recruitment Consultant (180) – Technology & Digital Delivery

London (Hybrid)

A high-performing specialist recruitment consultancy is expanding its delivery team due to a surge in demand across large-scale, high-value technology programmes. With a strong pipeline of exclusive roles and long-standing client relationships in place, the business is looking for experienced 180 recruiters who want to work on bigger deals, better roles and significantly higher earnings.

You’ll deliver across some of the most lucrative areas of the tech market, including:

  • Software Engineering & Architecture
  • Data, AI & Analytics

  • Change & Technology Transformation


These roles sit within enterprise, consulting and regulated organisations running multi-million-pound programmes — meaning longer contracts, higher day rates and bigger placement fees.


The Role

As a 180 consultant, your focus will be purely on high-value delivery:

  • Managing and filling multiple live roles across established key accounts
  • Running full candidate journeys from first call to placement
  • Building deep, specialist talent pipelines
  • Working closely with account managers who bring you exclusive, well-qualified vacancies
  • Maximising conversion and placement value

There is no cold sales — just high-quality roles, proper client relationships, and the chance to bill consistently at a high level.


What They’re Looking For

  • Proven agency recruitment experience in a delivery or resourcing role
  • Experience in technology, digital or professional services recruitment
  • Comfortable working at pace across multiple live roles
  • Motivated by earning well and working on bigger-ticket placements
  • Able to work in London 4 days per week
