Due to continued growth and strong performance, the business is now seeking an experienced and motivated Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join their Engineering division. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a professional, consultative environment and enjoys building long-term client and candidate relationships.
The RoleYou will take ownership of a warm, profitable desk and be responsible for driving further growth through high-quality recruitment delivery and business development.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and managing a successful permanent recruitment desk. Building strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conducting thorough candidate interviews to understand skills, motivations, and career goals. Sourcing, networking, and attracting high-quality candidates. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to offer management. Negotiating terms of business and SLAs with clients. Delivering an exceptional service experience to both clients and candidates.

Experience working within a recruitment agency environment. A friendly, engaging, and consultative approach. Strong time-management and organisational skills.
