The Role: Magnus Search is seeking a dedicated On-site Consultant to join our Coventry operation. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our temporary workforce at a key client site. This is a high-energy role for someone who is resilient, organized, and excels in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: On-site Management: Acting as the primary liaison between Magnus Search and the client. Fulfillment: Sourcing, onboarding, and managing a high volume of temporary workers. Compliance: Ensuring all workers are fully compliant and documented. On-Call: Participating in a rota-based system to support our 24-hour operation.
