This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. Youll take ownership of the full recruitment cyclefrom generating new business to placing candidatesplaying a key role in the continued growth and success of the branch. What Youll Be Doing Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates Proactively generating new business opportunities and developing your own client portfolio Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks Advertising roles across job boards and social media platforms Matching the right candidates to the right opportunities Visiting clients and understanding their recruitment needs first-hand Ensuring a high level of service, meeting agreed response times and expectations Managing payroll processes for temporary workers accurately and on time Keeping CRM systems fully updated and organised Monitoring market trends and competitor activity What Were Looking For A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills Previous sales or recruitment experience Strong organisational and time management skills A proactive and target-driven mindset Confidence in building relationships and negotiating Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively A willingness to learn and develop within a growing business Why Join Us?
