Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience, specifically within industrial or driving sectors.

Strong understanding of the labour market, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with recruitment software and MS Office.

Full UK driving license is desirable.
