Are you an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales mindset looking to build a career in recruitment? We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury branch, specialising in industrial temporary recruitment . This is a true 360 role , where you will take ownership of both client relationships and candidate delivery. Youll be joining a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. From winning new business to ensuring clients are fully supported with high-quality candidates, this role offers a great mix of sales, service and operational delivery.
