An exciting opportunity has become available with the pre-eminent Tech Recruitment company in the Reading area. My client are looking for ambitious, target motivated people with a strong work ethic to join them as a Recruitment Consultant within their Contracts team.

They are an established company with an excellent reputation in the sector and a track record of turning trainees into super Recruiters. There is a comprehensive training and induction programme in place with supportive management and personal mentor to help you grow into the role.

You would work in a warm, friendly collaborative team environment - Everybody wants everyone else to do well - There is always support and advice available.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant


  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Make sales calls to bring in new business
  • Keep in touch with existing business contacts
  • Use online tools to effectively network with Clients and Candidates
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations
  • Maintaining strong relationships in the market
  • Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates


Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Target or goal oriented
  • Previous B2B sales experience
  • Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethic
