• Build and grow your own portfolio of contract clients within the tech sector
• Engage with engineering & technology businesses to understand their contract hiring needs
• Source, qualify, and manage top-tier contract professionals
• Negotiate rates, close deals, and manage the full contract lifecycle
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and contractors
• Work alongside industry specialists and benefit from our established market presence

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in recruitment (ideally contract recruitment – tech or engineering is a bonus)
