What youll be doing Managing and growing a portfolio of industrial clients (warehousing, logistics, production, agriculture etc)
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates at pace
Matching candidates to roles and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Maintaining strong compliance and delivering a top-tier candidate & client experience
Working to clear KPIs around activity, placements and margin
What were looking for Recruitment experience is ideal , but not essential
Strong commercial mindset with a track record in sales/account management
Confident communicator whos comfortable on the phone and face-to-face
Organised, resilient, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
A team player who takes pride in doing things properly
What youll get £28,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission (earn more the more you bill)
