Were excited to be expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual who is eager to build a successful career in recruitment. Whether youre completely new to the industry or already have some experience, what matters most is your drive, energy and willingness to learn.
What youll be doing:
Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards and other platforms
Building relationships with new and existing clients
Taking detailed job briefs and understanding client requirements
Writing clear, engaging job adverts
Managing applications and searching for suitable candidates
Providing honest, consultative advice to both clients and candidates
Arranging interviews and preparing candidates for the process
Formatting CVs and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the team in developing and growing the business
What were looking for:
Enthusiasm, ambition, and a desire to succeed
A friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills
Tenacity and resilience - you enjoy a challenge
Good organisation and the ability to manage a varied workload
A genuine interest in building relationships and helping people
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport
Desirable but not essential:
Experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment
