Recruitment Consultant – Kettering

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per year + uncapped bonus

Location: Vital People, Kettering

Hours: Monday to Friday | Weekends | 6am–2pm, 8am–4pm (flexibility required)

On-Call: Rota-based, part of a 24-hour operation

The Role:

* Manage the full 360° recruitment process for temporary roles

* Source, screen and place high-quality candidates

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Meet targets and KPIs

* Work closely with clients and candidates to ensure the right match

* Participate in the on-call rota to support a 24-hour operation

About You:

* Previous experience in the recruitment industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Career-focused and self-motivated

* Able to thrive under pressure

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Full UK driving licence (required)
