We re now hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to take ownership of a hot, high-performing desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and prefers account management over cold business development.
What You ll Be Doing
- Manage your desk: Own multiple vacancies and nurture existing client accounts
- Source top talent: Use outbound calls, referrals, and database searches
- Deliver results: Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate: Share ideas, celebrate wins, and support junior team members
What You ll Bring
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume outbound calling environment or 1 years experience within agency recruitment or talent acquisition
- A confident communicator who enjoys building rapport and making things happen
- Highly organised, proactive, and motivated by success
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
