At Intervl, you’ll work on senior, specialist and leadership mandates in clean technology, partnering directly with founders and executives in a relationship-led environment.


The Opportunity

We’re hiring a recruiter with some experience in engineering, infrastructure, energy or technical markets who wants to move into specialist clean-tech search.


You’ll gain exposure to retained and high-value assignments across EV charging, energy technology and infrastructure, building deep sector expertise and long-term client relationships.

We’re small enough that your impact is visible, but ambitious enough to offer real progression as we scale.


What You’ll Do

  • Deliver searches across clean tech & electrification markets
  • Headhunt senior technical and commercial talent
  • Partner with founders and hiring leaders
  • Build sector networks and talent intelligence
  • Manage candidates through full search lifecycle
  • Contribute market insight to clients


What We’re Looking For

  • Recruitment experience (engineering, energy, infra, tech or similar)
  • Strong sourcing/headhunting capability
  • Relationship-led mindset
  • Interest in clean technology / energy transition
  • Desire to specialise rather than volume recruit
