Recruitment Consultant - W3 (Acton)

We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our close‑knit temporary team in our West London (W3) office.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant

This role focuses primarily on placing construction trades and labour into roles with an established list of contractors. It's a fast‑paced position, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.

Key responsibilities include:

Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into temporary assignments Managing and growing relationships with contractors and clients Ensuring a high standard of service and compliance Building long‑term partnerships with workers and clients alikeThe right person will thrive on challenge, enjoy working at pace, and take pride in doing things properly.
