Ready to take your recruitment career up a gear? Due to exceptional growth in our Commercial division, we're expanding and looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team and help build out a thriving temp desk.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves sales, wants to learn fast, and is hungry to grow their career in a high‑performing environment.

⭐ What You'll Be Doing

Running a full 360 desk - business development, client management, candidate sourcing and placement.
Growing and owning your temp recruitment market, with huge opportunity to scale.
Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates across the commercial sector.
Driving sales activity, winning new business and delivering exceptional service.
Working in a supportive, ambitious team that celebrates success.

What We're Looking For

Someone who loves selling and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
A self‑starter who wants to learn, develop and progress quickly.
Ambition, resilience and a genuine desire to build something.
Recruitment or sales experience is ideal, but attitude and drive matter most.
