The Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in the full recruitment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining client relationships

Winning new business and negotiating fees

Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates

Coordinating interviews and offers

Working towards sales targets in a fast-paced environment

This is a phone-based, sales-focused role where performance is directly rewarded.
