🔹 Work directly with founders, CTOs and hiring managers across London’s tech ecosystem 🔹 Build and nurture a strong network of top-tier tech talent 🔹 Manage the full recruitment cycle from brief to offer 🔹 Develop your own market niche with autonomy and support 🔹 Create engaging outreach, insights and content to enhance visibility 🔹 Help shape hiring strategies for scaleups and tech-first businesses

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house) ✔ Understanding of engineering, product or data roles ✔ Strong relationship-builder with a consultative style ✔ Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ✔ Curious about emerging technologies and market trends ✔ Organised, proactive and commercially aware ✔ Someone who thrives on ownership and wants to scale a desk
