Join a Specialist Team in a Leading Insurance Recruitment Firm
HFG is looking for a driven, ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Risk team, placing top talent across the Insurance industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1– 3 years of recruitment experience who’s ready to take ownership of a warm desk and build relationships with some of the most prestigious names in the insurance market.
About the Role:
As a Consultant on our Risk desk, you’ll be recruiting mid to senior-level professionals across various risk roles and related areas for global insurers, reinsurers, consultancies, and Lloyd's syndicates.
You’ll inherit a strong portfolio of clients and candidates, while also being given the support and freedom to grow your own relationships and niche within the Risk space.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the Risk function
Develop and nurture relationships with clients and candidates
Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions
Maintain and grow a candidate network of Risk professionals
Achieve individual and team revenue targets
Work closely with other consultants to cross-sell and collaborate
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (insurance or professional services)
A strong interest in the Insurance market – prior experience on Risk, Compliance, or Actuarial desks is a plus
Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ambition, resilience, and a desire to grow within a supportive environment
