We're looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants with proven experience in sales or other targeted roles to help win new business, manage client relationships, and source top talent across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound sales activity

Build and manage strong client relationships across various industries

Understand client hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions

Source, interview, and shortlist candidates for active vacancies

Manage the full 360 recruitment process

Work to clear KPIs and sales targets

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a sales or target-driven role

Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness

Competitive, resilient, and motivated by earning potential

Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure

Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including English & Maths
