What You'll Be Doing:

Managing a 360 recruitment desk covering both permanent and temporary roles across the Fire & Security and M&E sectors Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and candidates Writing engaging job adverts, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening CVs, and conducting interviews Negotiating offers and closing placements Working closely with internal Resourcers and Consultants to ensure client satisfaction Keeping CRM and compliance records fully up-to-date

What We’re Looking For:
