The Role:

Full 360 recruitment responsibilities - from sourcing to placement

Focused business development across new, existing, warm, and lapsed clients

Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

Delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role (agency background essential)

Strong business development and sales skills

Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
