We’re looking for a driven and personable Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll connect talented educators with schools and educational institutions, playing a key part in shaping positive learning environments. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of education roles (teachers, support staff, leadership positions)

* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and trusts

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to placement

* Develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking

* Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends and hiring needs

* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards
