The Role

We’re looking for a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant (Delivery) to join our team. You’ll work closely with Principal Consultants on live roles, focusing on identifying and placing top-tier candidates across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Principal Consultants on active, high-value roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients globally
• Manage multiple vacancies while maintaining a high level of service
• Consistently meet and exceed KPIs (100 dials per day, 4 first interviews per week)

Requirements

• 6 month - 5 years’ recruitment experience
• Proven track record of billing and hitting targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working across global markets is advantageous
