Recruitment Consultant / Business Development Manager

Novara People is growing, and were looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to join the business.
This role is suited to someone who knows recruitment, understands sales, and has a proven track record of generating revenue. Youll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, whether thats within industrial, engineering, or construction markets, across temp or perm.
Were not looking for someone to learn the ropes we want someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Business development winning new clients and building long-term relationships Managing the full recruitment cycle (temp or perm) Generating and managing your own pipeline Delivering against billing targets Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships Working with autonomy while contributing to overall business growth
