Recruitment Consultant Account Manager - Transport Salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus. Location: Bristol We're looking for a driven and proactive HGV Account Manager to join our team and support our key client. In this role, you'll act as the main point of contact between our client and HGV Class 1 Drivers, ensuring all bookings are successfully filled and managing the full recruitment process from start to finish. The position is split between our office in Bradley Stoke office and the client's site in Avonmouth. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00 with flexibility in working hours to include shared out-of-hours work on-call.

Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our client and HGV Drivers working on the contract to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Coordinate and fill all bookings in a timely manner, ensuring that staffing levels meet the client's demands.
