You’ll be working exclusively on inbound roles from high-net-worth clients - including footballers, celebrities, and private households - placing nannies and governesses. It’s a detail-driven market where judgement and fit matter more than volume.


The Role

This is a true 360 position, but without the usual reliance on constant BD. You’ll:

  • Manage incoming client briefs from start to finish
  • Identify and assess high-quality candidates
  • Run tight, efficient processes
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for both sides

It’s quick, reactive, and expects a high level of ownership.


The Numbers

  • Fees typically £10k–£40k
  • Monthly commission
  • Regular deal flow (4+ placements per month is realistic)
  • Clear route to £100k earnings


What They’re Looking For

  • 12+ months recruitment experience
  • Polished and credible — comfortable dealing with high-profile individuals
  • Strong focus on process and detail
  • Good judgement, particularly around cultural fit
  • Someone who prefers a faster, more decisive market
