Recruiter - a unique opportunity to work for an independent British brewery.Our brewery seeks a resourceful person with common sense to work within a small independent firm. Educated to degree level, you will have an interest in pubs, hotels and hospitality.The role is the recruiter is to placing adverts on a variety of platforms for vacancies within the company. The recruiter will be required to carry initial screening and selection before candidates are put forward for interview.This is a full-time office based role working 8.30am to 5.300pm Monday to Friday.The successful candidate will have most or all of the following:Some experience of advertising, recruitment, screening and selection of candidates.Personable and an excellent communicator, with fluent English language.Live within a 20 min journey of Tadcaster, North Yorkshire LS24 9SB.Maintain complete confidentiality while working for a private company.Competent with MS Word & Excel.Have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable.This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with a long-established independent family-run brewery outside of the monotone corporate world.JBRP1_UKTJ
