The Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible to Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Public Sector hiring in the UK and also for end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, selection, salary negotiations and offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage different sourcing routes like BYB, Job Boards, social media for talent attraction.
• Ensure a good sourcing mix between direct, BYB and agency
• Work with the on-boarding and Ops team on Induction and on-boarding on new joiners
• Partner with recruitment agencies on fulfilment, market intel and monitor their performance for period reviews
• Be part of external recruitment forums and network with industry professionals
• Work on building employer brand and promote TCS as employer of choice
• Working on market intelligence, hiring dashboards and reports
• Participate in academic engagement and other HR initiatives

Your Profile

• Proficient experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Industry knowledge of Public Sector
• Understanding of IT, Sales, consulting and BPO hiring skill stack
• Experience in managing stakeholders
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Assertive and good social skills.
• Ability to work with and adapt to a multi-cultural team.
