Job Title: Drug and Alcohol Employment Advisor IPS Location: Guildford, Surrey Community based role with some remote working Contract: Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours Monday-Friday Salary: £30,994 per annum (Driver Essential)
Role Overview: We are seeking an IPS Employment Specialist and delivery the IPS journey to a reduced caseload of clients, working alongside the drug and alcohol treatment service. Establishing and maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. As the Senior you will lead a small team of Employment Specialists and be an able leader, communicator, passionate about getting it right and transforming individual lives through sustainable solutions through the process. This is a community based role and the majority of the week will be based in Guildford Drug and Alcohol Advisory services.
