We are looking for a Recovery Dispatch Coordinator to join our team on a full time basis - this role is based at our Sutton Bridge Depot (PE12 9SH).
/n
What will you be doing?
/n
/n - Liaising with customers via telephone to provide updates for recoveries /n - Liaising with recovery drivers and other recovery clubs to resolve dispatch issues /n - Organising incoming breakdowns and dispatching drivers to live jobs /n - Taking credit card payments for private customers /n - Using in-house system to receive and dispatch jobs and carry out invoicing /n - General office administration tasks /n

What will you need?
/n
/n - This role requires good IT skills and strong organisational skills /n - Experience working in a fast paced environment, as this is a call centre that takes a high volume of calls /n - Knowledge of the area and motor vehicles would be advantageous but not essential /n - Overtime is an absolute requirement of the role, due to working in a small team of 4, holiday cover and absence cover will be required. /n
