We are currently seeking a Reconditioning Plant Supervisor.
This is a key role within our production management team. Leading two shift teams, the successful applicant will oversee our state-of-the-art reconditioning facility, ensuring optimum efficiencies and in compliance with all statutory legal requirements, and our internal quality and safety standards.
Some of your key tasks will be;
* Manage and control the Reconditioning plant
* Ensure manpower is effectively utilised, to meet demand
* Support good team relationships through motivation and effective communications
* Monitor team and individual performance and identify training needs
* Maintain and evidence documentation and practices
* Ensure all work is carried out within the scope of Environment Agency requirements
Skills/Experience;
* Managerial or engineering qualification
* Previous supervisory experience
* WAMITAB qualification, or willingness to qualify
* Motivation and leadership
* Organisation and prioritising
* Proficient level of IT competence
* SAP experience would be advantageous (desired)
* Health & Safety qualification, e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH (desired)

* Problem-solving; analytical thinking
* Good communicator; ability to manage and work as part of a busy team
* Personable manner and presentation
