Our client is on the lookout for two enthusiastic Reconciliation Analysts to join their dynamic team in the vibrant City Centre of Manchester! This is an exciting opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Role Overview:

As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of cash and security reconciliations within our in-house systems. You'll receive comprehensive training to help you excel in your role and meet agreed deadlines and standards. If you have strong Excel skills and a knack for communication, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cash and security reconciliations in line with established procedures.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Maintain a strong awareness of risk and controls within the reconciliation process.
Prepare and present reconciliation reports to management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis is a plus.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Any previous experience in risk management or control awareness is beneficial, but not essential.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
