The role of the Recertification Manager Safety Systems will involve: Recertification Manager position, leading and managing the Recertification department dealing with a manufactured range of height safety and fall arrest safety systems (such as access ladders, walkway systems, lifelines, safety gates, steel and aluminum railing systems) Oversee operational delivery, including scheduling, CRM activity, site visits, surveys, and resolving issues Manage the Recertification Team (a team of 10), conducting performance reviews and ensuring engineers remain fully compliant with current regulations Drive business growth, including new revenue streams, contract renewals, upselling services, and winning new clients Average order values range from £10,000 to £250,000...
