What we are looking for : Someone that is passionate about delivering a first-class front of house experience to all guests and visitors. Good communication skills both on the phone and in person. A can-do attitude and willingness to go that extra mile Understanding guest needs and handle delicate situations with empathy and intelligence The ability to prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Work solo or part of a team. The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
