About the Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the face of our organisation - delivering a seamless, friendly, and highly professional front-of-house experience at all times. You'll ensure every guest feels welcomed, informed, and supported, while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for building residents, guests, and callers.
Greet all guests courteously, anticipate their needs, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
Manage visitor registration and host notifications with efficiency and accuracy.
Issue visitor passes and explain safety, security, and evacuation procedures.
Maintain an immaculate, organised, and professional reception desk and surrounding areas.
Ensure the reception desk is manned at all times during operating hours.
Complete daily activity logs and shift checklists to support efficient operations.
Manage meeting room and induction bookings.
Arrange taxis and transport for staff and visitors using approved suppliers.
Confidently operate a variety of IT systems and hotel/resource booking platforms.
Assist guests with luggage and provide secure storage with receipt tagging.
Support the Facilities Management team with administrative tasks as required.
Provide local information including travel updates, directions, and transport schedules.
Contribute to team communication via the Customer Service noticeboard.

What We're Looking For

Strong background in a customer service-focused environment (hotel or corporate setting preferred).
Experience using resource or hotel reservation systems.
Confident, professional, and polished communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
A warm, service-oriented approach with the confidence to engage people at all levels.
Ability to memorise names and recognise faces - creating a personalised welcome.
A collaborative team player who takes pride in delivering high standards.
