Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome
  • Managing incoming calls and directing queries efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring smooth operations
  • Handling deliveries and maintaining front-of-house standards
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks


What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in reception or front-of-house roles
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to accept short-notice assignments – you may be called at 7:00 AM and start at 9:00 AM
  • Willingness to work across multiple sites in London
