Receptionist Job Description • Act as the first point of contact, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all visitors and enquiries • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt responses and accurate routing to relevant teams • Oversee daily office operations, including post handling, meeting room coordination, and maintaining presentation standards • Manage visitor access and ensure compliance with security, health, and safety procedures • Provide administrative support to the Customer Relations team and wider business as required
Receptionist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy • Proactive and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
