Our team of Receptionists are based at the hotels front desk, greeting customers upon arrival, and providing a smooth check in. They will also take care of guest needs during their stay, solving any issues, answering any questions, and ensuring that each gest is provided with a bespoke and personal service for the duration of their stay. Shifts: 40 hours per week, based on 12-hour shift patterns Salary: £27,407per annum For the successful candidate to fulfil these duties to the standard expected, they will need to be customer focused, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. They will be able to build rapport with different people, showing their passion for exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also be organised and forward thinking. They will be self-motivated, but also able to work well in a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a high-end customer service role. Whats in it for you?
