We're partnering with a highly reputable Brighton-based business seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to become the welcoming face of their company. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth Manage a busy reception area and ensure high standards of presentation Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently Direct enquiries to the appropriate teams with accuracy and care Assist with diary management, meeting coordination, and room bookings Maintain organised documentation and provide general admin support across departments Build positive relationships with clients and visitors Support the wider team with tasks requiring a customer-first approach Monitor office supplies and assist with basic facilities responsibilities Help ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:
