We are seeking a Reception Team Leader to join a professional, client-facing environment in Leeds. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-profile setting where service standards and attention to detail are paramount.
What youll be doing Leading, motivating, and developing a front-of-house team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience
Setting the standard for service excellence through a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Managing team rotas, supporting recruitment, and overseeing performance management
Ensuring all meeting rooms and client areas are prepared to the highest standard
Coordinating guest arrivals, refreshments, and AV requirements seamlessly
Maintaining a polished, professional environment at all times
What were looking for Essential: Experience within a 5-star hotel, luxury brand, or corporate front-of-house environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a high-end service setting
A strong passion for delivering exceptional, detail-driven service
Confident communicator with a polished and professional manner
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop others
