Role Overview

As a key member of the Reception team, you will:

Support whole-class and small-group activities across the EYFS curriculum Assist with phonics and early reading sessions Provide 1:1 or small-group support for children with additional needs Help with personal care when required Encourage independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners Participate in outdoor learning, including Forest School sessions Collaborate closely with a creative and experienced Early Years team committed to inclusionAbout You
