Maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department. Promoting food and beverage facilities. Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services. Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats. Answering telephones and handling guests' and visitors' queries. The successful candidate will be experienced in reception duties and have experience of leading a team. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous. We are an equal opportunities employer.
