Reception Supervisor/ Manager (Luxury Clinic)

Be the first impression of a luxury, doctor-led aesthetic clinic , working with VIP and international clients in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in exceptional customer service , communicates beautifully in writing, and enjoys converting enquiries into loyal patients.

• Deliver five-star service instinctively • Bubbly, polished, and customer focused • Write excellent English (emails, WhatsApp, follow-ups) • Confidently handle enquiries and turn them into bookings • Enjoy retail, recommendations, and commercial targets • Have FOH experience in aesthetics, medical or luxury settings
This is a full time role (5 days per week role and includes Saturday work)
