About the Role: As Reception Manager, you will oversee all reception operations and lead the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional, and memorable welcome. You will be responsible for managing the reservation system, optimising table allocation and guest flow, and working closely with senior management and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service throughout each shift. You will recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the reception team, setting high standards of hospitality and professionalism. Calm under pressure and highly organised, you will proactively handle guest requests, resolve issues with confidence, and consistently elevate the overall guest journey. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will represent Los Mochis values of authenticity, excellence, and genuine hospitality. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience as a Reception Manager, Head Receptionist, or Senior Host/Hostess in a high-volume, premium restaurant
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Highly organised with strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Confident using reservation systems and managing guest flow
Fluent English
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and hands-on approach
Ambition to grow within an innovative, trend-setting restaurant group
