As our Reception Manager , you will be supporting the General Manager in guiding the reception team and running a smooth operation. This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position and maternity cover for 6 or 9 months.

Your day at Aqua:
Lead by example: Support the reception team, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service
Support the team: Make sure your team is familiar with service procedures, updated employee manuals, and provide necessary training. Your effort will ensure the reception team can confidently deal with guest queries and daily duties
Operational excellence & communication: maintain effective communication between the team and senior management so that everything is excellently executed

You will be paid £31,785.16 per annum. In addition, you can be a part of the venues Tronc system, which may give you up to £19,465.20 extra per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
