We are looking for a confident and guest-focused Reception Manager to join an exciting new opening in the London Bridge area. What Were Looking For Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Host within a quality-led restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a reception team
A natural host with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident managing reservations, guest flow, and peak service periods
Experience with booking systems (e.g. OpenTable, SevenRooms)
As Reception Manager, you will take ownership of the front-of-house arrival experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional welcome. You will play a key role in managing bookings, coordinating with the wider team, and maintaining a seamless flow of service.
