About the role: Were working with a really lovely restaurant in Central London, beautiful space, strong concept, and a great team already in place. Theyre now looking for a Reception & Events Manager to take ownership of the front desk and all events. Its a key role in the business and perfect for someone who enjoys being at the centre of everything.
What youll be doing: Youll be looking after the whole guest journey from the first enquiry through to the moment they leave. Managing reservations (calls, emails, online platforms) Running the host desk and making sure service flows smoothly Looking after VIPs, regulars, and special requests Handling private dining and group bookings Putting together event proposals and coordinating the details Being there on the day to make sure everything runs properly Youll also work closely with the managers and kitchen team to keep everything aligned. What theyre looking for: Someone with experience in reception, reservations, or events in a busy restaurant Organised, calm under pressure, and good with people Confident on the phone and over email A natural host, warm, friendly, and switched on Someone who enjoys a mix of guest-facing and admin Why its a nice role: Proper ownership of your area A really good team and positive environment A chance to grow with the business Exposure to events and a more commercial side of things
