Reasonable Adjustments Manager (Part Time - 12-Month FTC)

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected client to find a dedicated Reasonable Adjustments Manager on a part time basis (2.5 days/week) on a 12-month fixed term contract. Our client is a not for profit organisation based close to High Wycombe who offer fantastic hybrid working. This role is offering a salary of £36,000 - 40,000 (full time equivalent, depending on experience) plus an annual bonus. You will be office based for 1 day per week. Responsibilities
Experience interpreting educational assessments to determine the most appropriate support for learners. Experience of analysing and presenting data. Experience of working with dispersed and associate teams. Knowledge and understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and how this impacts professional education. Knowledge of a variety of educational adjustments which support inclusive education.
Skills required
Highly developed communication and presentation skills. Relevant PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems. Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Empathy, patience and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.
