A highly regarded, Legal 500-ranked London law firm is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team, based in the heart of Bank.

\n\n

The Role:

\n\n

You will play a key role supporting a busy and high-performing Real Estate team on a broad range of commercial property transactions. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to high-quality work and direct involvement with fee earners, clients, and external stakeholders.

\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

\n\t
• Supporting fee earners on commercial real estate transactions and matters
\n\t
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
\n\t
• Assisting with reports on title and mortgage reports
\n\t
• Handling Land Registry and Companies House registrations
\n\t
• Responding to Land Registry requisitions
\n\t
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, brokers, surveyors, and solicitors
\n\t
• Assisting with AML onboarding and compliance procedures
\n\t
• Preparing completion statements and billing documentation
\n\t
• Managing case files and documentation via case management systems
\n\t
• Maintaining deal lists and lease expiry schedules
\n\t
• Supporting business development initiatives where required
\n

\n\n

About you:

\n\n

\n\t
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Paralegal within Real Estate (property law) - Essential
\n\t
• Experience must be gained within a law firm environment - Essential
\n\t
• Strong understanding of Land Registry procedures and property documentation
\n\t
• Experience with post-completion work
\n\t
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\n\t
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\n\t
• Proactive, adaptable, and commercially aware
